Harry Hadaway

Harry has over 15 years communications experience within the Public Sector, the Voluntary and Community Sector, and for mainstream political campaigns. His employers have included international NGOs, leading political parties, Government Departments and UK based charities. His expertise is the application of a variety of communication techniques to present key messages to the target audiences of an organisation, enabling it to achieve its strategic objectives.

His key skills and experiences include: working within Central Government to promote the efficiency agenda at a national, regional and local level; a comprehensive understanding of the interface between central government, local government, and the private and third sector; managing stakeholder relations; building strong relationships with policy makers in the UK and EU; developing and delivering high profile media and lobbying strategies; access to a wide range of contacts within government, parliament, Local Authorities and the VCS; and project management.



Natalie White

Natalie has 20 years experience in Children Services, both in Britain and Australia. She developed considerable expertise in the area of special educational needs, particularly children with social, emotional and behavioural needs, and has trained nationally in this area. Natalie was a strategic manager of a pathfinder Children’s Trust that pooled £40M of health, education and social care budgets and staffing resources. She led in this Children’s Trust’s development of locality based community services and in the related change management programme. For the past few years she has worked as the Director of Educare Consultancy Limited and has provided strategic and commissioning support to a broad spectrum of children’s services, from the Department for Education to a wide variety of local authorities and Primary Care Trusts and also to individual schools. She has trained nationally for the Department for Education in the areas of governance and the use of pooled budgets in Children Trusts. She is also the operational manager of Youth Interactive, a UK and US based charity. This charity supports the building, development and resourcing of schools in the Third World and makes cultural links between these schools and those in the UK, US and Australia through the use of the internet.  Website: http://www.educareconsultancylimited.com/
